Wild Poppy Market is a curated craft show in Henderson, NV that gives local makers a place to display and sell their handmade goods.  Any vendor with handmade items (including baked goods) is welcome to apply. Wild Poppy Market uses a central checkout, therefore vendors are not required to stay with their booths.

Item Requirements:

We are looking for new and innovative items. When applying please attach 2-3 pictures of items you plan on selling. We will only be accepting a certain number of vendors in each category (i.e. jewelry, hair bows, home d├ęcor, baby items, clothing, candles, etc). This will ensure that shoppers will spend an adequate amount of time at each booth, as well as provide the most profitable experience for the vendor. If you come up with new ideas between now and the show, they must be approved by Wild Poppy Market. We want every category to be successful, so we limit the amount of duplicates that will be approved.
Each item is required to have an attached tag with your shop name and price of the item. These tags will be clipped during check out in order to account for items sold. Please, no stick on tags. If you would like your tags at the end of show, please let us know in advance so we can save them for you.

Booth Space Guidelines and Preferences:

We want your booth to be as creative as your items are! You spend a lot of time to make wonderful things, why not have a beautiful place to display them in as well? Pinterest, Instagram and other handmade shops are great resources for inspiration! Vendors will be allotted a 6’ booth space. If you plan on using a folding table, it must have a floor length tablecloth (preferably white).  Each booth must have a sign/banner/etc. displaying the shop name. If you do not have enough merchandise to fill up a 6' booth area, please note how much space you would prefer on your application.

Raffle:
Once accepted to the show, you must provide 1 item, worth at least $15, to be raffled off at the show.

Liabilities:

We will do our best to protect your items and take precautions with only one entrance/exit. However, if any items are lost/stolen/damaged Will Poppy Market is not responsible.

Checkout:

We will have an area near checkout for selling items under $15. This will be a great space for shoppers to browse while they wait in line. You are welcome to make items specifically for this area.
We will be accepting cards and cash.

Set-up/Tear Down:

Set-up: Thursday, October 12th 2017 10:00 am-2:00 pm
Tear down: Friday, October 13th 2017 8:00 pm (Immediately following closing time)

Working the Market:

Due to central checkout, vendors are not required to represent the whole duration of the market. We ask that each vendor take one 2 hour shift over the weekend. Please mark on application which shift you would like to work.  If you cannot work a shift that weekend, you will be required to pay a $25 fee.

Advertising:

As owners of the show, we will do our best to advertise on social media and in printed mediums. We ask that you do your best to advertise as well! Tell all of your friends, family and neighbors. Post on your social media accounts. This will be a fun event just before the holidays--A great excuse to shop for all the special ones in your life!
